Hellraiser Revolution

This film was complete crap. I was assuming it was not going to be that good, but thought it would at least be entertaining. Was I wrong. I understand Weinstein had to make the movie because they were close to having the rights taken from them, but did they have to make it like a crappy You Tube video? In fact, I have seen You Tube films that have been better than this. Including "Anna" a short coming out on Halloween 2011.
This film did not star Doug Bradley. Why? Because he knew it would be crap (my opinion and he probably wanted more money than could be budgeted.) Most of the acting was crap too. This film was written by Gary Tunnicliffe, Directed by Victor Garcia, and the actors were Nick Eversman, Steven Brand, Tracey Fairaway, Jay Gillespie, Sanny Van Heteren, Daniel Buran, Devon Sorvari, and Stephan Smith Collins (Pinhead).
You should know the history by now. It started in 1987 and there have been many made since. I know at first some people thought this film was going to be a remake of the original. I could see that being there are a lot of them being made lately. I like the second Hellraiser the best, but the first three were pretty good. Doug Bradley was in all the Hellraiser films except for this one. I hope this is the last try.
If you are young, you may not mind this film because you have grown up on the remakes of old gory scary films. Most of the remakes, except for Rob Zombie films I feel don't have the WOW factor. They are weak.
If you are looking for tips on how NOT to make a film, this is a good one to watch.
